By using the ShidduchLine website and/or ShidduchLine WhatsApp groups and/or join our event(s), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Agreement"). By submitting this form, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this agreement, do not sign up or continue to use our services.

We may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, modify these terms and conditions of use, including our privacy policy, with or without notice to the user. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting. Your continued use of our service and this site following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of these modified terms. Please consult the end of this agreement to determine when the agreement was last revised.

In these conditions the following words have the following meanings unless the context requires otherwise:

"You, Your, Yourself" means an individual who is applying for matchmaking services.

You will not provide inaccurate, misleading or false information to ShidduchLine . If information provided to ShidduchLine changes and becomes inaccurate, misleading or false, you will promptly notify ShidduchLine of such change.

All registered individuals are solely responsible for the content that you post on the site. You will not post on the site or transmit to others any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights, including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity. We reserve the right to reject any profile or photo that does not comply with the prohibitions set forth in this section. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at our sole discretion.

Opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other information or content made available through the site are those of their respective authors, and should not necessarily be relied upon. Such authors are solely responsible for such content.

ShidduchLine does not assume any liability for the release of personal information by other parties including other registered or non registered individuals or volunteers or matchmakers or organizations.

In no event shall shidduch line be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of anyone in connection with the use of the site and the services offered.

As a user of the site, you agree that your account is for your personal use only. You may not authorize others to use your account, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password that you designate during the registration/sign in process, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password. ShidduchLine is not responsible and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision.

ShidduchLine owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Website. The Website contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of ShidduchLine and its licensors. Those rights include, but are not limited to, database rights, copyright, design rights, registered or unregistered, patents, trademarks, whether registered or unregistered and other similar rights, wherever existing in the world, together with the right to apply for protection of the same. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given written permission, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.

You and ShidduchLine agree that any disputes or claims arising out of or related to this Agreement, any service provided, or the Website may only be resolved through a proceeding in a recognized Bes Din (rabbinical court of Judaism). You may not under any circumstances commence or maintain any action against ShidduchLine in any civil court in the United States. You agree that you are giving up the right to go to civil court in connection with any dispute.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold ShidduchLine, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, volunteers, and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the website or services provided in violation of this Agreement or arising from a breach of this Agreement or any violation of any copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

By registering or/and using this service you agree to allow ShidduchLine to share your profile including personal information and photos. When you register/use our network, you agree and consent to receive email messages from us. These emails may be limited to transactional or relationship communications relating to the services, or may be emails containing changes to the site, services, procedures or fee arrangements.

This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you are registered to use the site & ShidduchLine WhatsApp groups.. ShidduchLine reserves the right to terminate your registration or/and access for any reason, effective upon sending notice to you at the email address or phone number you provide in your registration/profile. We also reserve the right to remove your information from our services and any other records at any time at our sole discretion. Even after this Agreement is terminated, certain provisions of this Agreement may remain in effect. You may terminate your membership by removing your profile, at any time, for any reason, with or without explanation, effective upon sending written or email notice to support@ShidduchLine.com

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between you and ShidduchLine regarding the use of the Website and/or services. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. This Agreement is subject to change by ShidduchLine at any time. The revised terms will be effective upon posting on the website and your use of the services after such posting will constitute acceptance by you of the revised Agreement.
